I can't get in!
Here's what you can try if the check-in doesn't work via the QR code:
1. Make sure your subscription is active (log in to "my pages" on either the web
or mobile)
2. Check for any new updates on Google Play or the App Store for the STC app
3. Ensure that your location services are approved for the STC app
4. Make sure you are not using a third-party system/app that may indicate you
are somewhere else
5. Select the correct gym in the top part of the app (the correct gym must be
selected for it to work)
6. Ensure that you have mobile data on your device (no internet means no calls)
If none of the above works, either the gym is completely OFFLINE, the readers
are broken, or simply something in the reader unit/mobile device/network device
is malfunctioning.
Always bring your membership card for each workout session,
if the QR code doesn't work, use your membership card for entry.
Why has my discounted card had a price increase?
If you have a student membership, you have a discounted price for as long as you
are studying. To confirm this, you need to present your student ID card or other
valid documentation showing that you are studying full-time. This can be done
either at your nearest manned Gym or by contacting our customer support via the
form on this page. Select "Student Verification" as the type of issue. Please
note that we do not issue retroactive refunds according to our terms and
conditions.
If you have a corporate discount on a direct debit card, you must annually
provide proof that you are still employed by the company to retain your
discount. We do not issue retroactive refunds according to our terms and
conditions.

What does a customer account mean?
All our members over 18 years with ongoing subscriptions have a customer account
with a credit limit of 1000 SEK per month. With this credit, you can make
purchases at our manned gyms without needing to bring your bank card. The amount
you spend will be deducted together with your membership fee at the end of the
month.
If you, as a guardian, are the payer for a minor, you can deposit a credit of
any amount to the minor's account so that they can also utilize the credit.
How can I book classes again after missed cancellations?
If you have missed cancelling a class in time, you can resolve the warning by
paying a fee of 40 SEK. After three missed classes, you must pay your debt of
3x40 SEK before you can book again.
If you miss a booked class, you will receive a warning, which remains for three
months before it disappears.
Please visit your nearest manned gym, and we will assist you. Once you have paid

I have received an invoice despite paying via direct debit, why?
If you have recently applied for direct debit, it may be that your application
has not yet been approved. Only when your direct debit application has been
approved by both your bank and by us can the payments begin to be deducted
automatically. If you have received an invoice with a payment slip, that is the
one you should pay.
If it has been some time since you applied for direct debit and it still does
not work, it may be due to incorrect information we have received. Visit your
nearest manned gym or contact our Customer Support via the Contact Form, select
"Type of Case" Invoice and Payment Questions.
What does "reserve spot/waitlist" mean?
