If you have recently applied for direct debit, it may be that your application has not yet been approved. Only when your direct debit application has been approved by both your bank and by us can the payments begin to be deducted automatically. If you have received an invoice with a payment slip, that is the one you should pay.
If it has been some time since you applied for direct debit and it still does not work, it may be due to incorrect information we have received. Visit your nearest manned gym or contact our Customer Support via the Contact Form, select "Type of Case" Invoice and Payment Questions.
