I can't get in!

Here's what you can try if the check-in doesn't work via the QR code:
 
1. Make sure your subscription is active (log in to "my pages" on either the web or mobile)
2. Check for any new updates on Google Play or the App Store for the STC app
3. Ensure that your location services are approved for the STC app
4. Make sure you are not using a third-party system/app that may indicate you are somewhere else
5. Select the correct gym in the top part of the app (the correct gym must be selected for it to work)
6. Ensure that you have mobile data on your device (no internet means no calls)
 
If none of the above works, either the gym is completely OFFLINE, the readers are broken, or simply something in the reader unit/mobile device/network device is malfunctioning.
Always bring your membership card for each workout session,
if the QR code doesn't work, use your membership card for entry.
