What happens if I don't have money in my account when direct debit is made?

To ensure that your direct debit goes through smoothly, there should be sufficient funds in your account the day before the scheduled debit date. If there are insufficient funds, a reminder invoice of 60 SEK will be sent.

For all types of reminders, a statutory fee of 60 SEK is applied. If payment is not received by STC on the due date, the matter will be forwarded to debt collection. For inquiries regarding debt collection, you can contact our reminder service Collectia or call them at tel: 010-195 96 60.
