If you have missed cancelling a class in time, you can resolve the warning by paying a fee of 40 SEK. After three missed classes, you must pay your debt of 3x40 SEK before you can book again.
If you miss a booked class, you will receive a warning, which remains for three months before it disappears.
Please visit your nearest manned gym, and we will assist you. Once you have paid the fee for the missed cancellation, your booking will be automatically unlocked.
